Meet our Kinkajou coaches in our quick-fire chats about what inspired us to become coaches, what brings us joy and what we do for fun!
What inspired you to become a coach?
A few years ago, I worked with a coach who helped me achieve my goals. This led to me pursuing a Master's in applied positive and coaching psychology. It is important to help others set meaningful intentions and take action using evidence-based approaches. One of my goals is to help further the research in coaching psychology.
I am also a qualified coaching supervisor. I aim to help professional coaches, especially neurodivergent coaches and those from the global majority, to access coaching supervision regularly.
What led you to specialise in the area that you concentrate on?
My very own lived experience of posttraumatic growth and the enhancement of my well-being enables me to do the work I do now with my clients.
What are you reading or listening to for fun right now?
I'm working on a very important project at the moment and rewarding myself with lots of chocolate. I've got a couple of fiction books from Caribbean authors I'd like to read soon.
