Peer Coaching Circles

Unlock your potential with our Peer Coaching Circles! Join a supportive community where you can share challenges, gain insights, and drive your goals in a structured, confidential environment.

Peer coaching circles are structured, confidential, collaborative learning experiences in which a small group of colleagues, whether leaders or employees, meet regularly to support each other's development.  Participants bring real-life challenges or goals to the sessions, making the learning experience highly relevant and immediately applicable to their work.

Peer Coaching Circles Benefits

Hands Up

Go further together

Circles provide a built-in accountability mechanism. Regular check-ins during circle sessions help keep everyone on track and motivated to achieve their objectives.

Relationship Building

As colleagues share challenges and successes, they develop a deeper understanding and empathy for each other. These connections extend beyond the coaching circle, creating a supportive work environment.

Navigate challenges

The peer-to-peer coaching nature of the circles creates a unique support system. Participants relate to each other’s experiences and challenges, which helps navigate difficult situations.

Build confidence

Develop skills to build stronger relationships, communicate effectively, and increase organisational influence and confidence in career aspirations.
