Qualifications

Louise works with clients, sharing ADHD-friendly strategies to experiment with and adapt, supporting them with skills acquisition, and helping them recognise their own strategies that are already working.

Louise creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their true selves without fear of judgment or criticism. This is a crucial first step in developing self-awareness and self-acceptance. This process is particularly important for those who have spent a lifetime masking their true selves due to challenges associated with one or more undiagnosed or diagnosed neurodivergences.
